Yin yoga is a soothing balm for tight bodies, busy minds and busy lives.
Yin yoga is a slow, simple, relaxed yoga practice that works with the body’s fascia (connective tissue), activates the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest), liberates stuck energy, creates harmony, promotes healing and access to higher states of consciousness.
1.5 hours provides space for lingering in the beauty of ease and rest.
Your Sunday yin ritual is informed by the sublime wisdom of tantra and Ayurveda and may include pranayama, yoga nidra and meditation.
